Position Description: As a key member of the leadership team, the Director of Marketing leads the brand, creative, and marketing efforts for Hoekstra Companies. This role owns brand standards, visual design, and content that supports lead growth across all companies. The Director of Marketing works with Marketing Coordinators, division leaders, sales managers, outside partners, and vendors to guide strategy, produce strong creative work, and improve results. This position requires solid design skills, a strong eye for detail, and a clear understanding of how creative content drives traffic, engagement, and leads

Essential Functions
Build and manage the marketing plans and budgets for each Hoekstra Company brand.
Develop brand standards for all companies and guard the look, tone, and visual identity in all creative work.
Create graphics for campaigns, social posts, ads, handouts, brochures, and digital content.
Produce or edit short videos for web, email, and social channels.
Work with division heads to gather information and build campaigns that support current customers and bring in new customers.
Oversee each brand’s website, with a focus on design, layout, user experience, and lead growth.
Track KPIs that show how creative assets, campaigns, and spend performance, then adjust content to improve leads and conversions.
Oversee CRM and marketing tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and Constant Contact, and review new tools that could help track and improve lead flow.
Build and manage social media plans that use strong visuals and video to grow engagement and brand reach.
Use basic SEO practices to improve web visibility.
Lead and mentor the marketing team to support strong creative work and clear brand consistency.
Source and managing promotional products for all brands, keeping items brand‑consistent and within budget.
Work with outside partners for design, digital marketing, and media while keeping all creative work aligned with company brand standards.
Update printed materials for Parts, Service, and Sales with clear and consistent design.
Provide outside partners and vendors with accurate brand assets and co-op details.
